Even though toddlers outgrow their shoes quickly, they're hard on them in the meantime, so finding shoes that are durable is essential. Additionally, Dr. Mendeszoon suggests looking for shoes that offer both breathability and comfort, such as a mesh material. Also, remember that your toddler is learning how to be self-sufficient, so you'll want to look for shoes that are easy for them to operate.
